Shipping Policy

As a leading online apparel retailer, we ship thousands of orders each month all over the world.

Our only focus now is to continue to streamline the process so we can still sell to all corners of the globe and ship for free directly to your door.

We also offer express shipping services for those needing their gear by a specific date.

How do you ship packages?

The order process follows these steps:

ORDER VERIFICATION > PROCESSING > SHIPPING > DELIVERY

Verification

All orders are checked against an independent service for the risk of fraud before payment verification is completed. This is done with an hour of order placement.

Processing

After an order is verified, in stock items in an order is processed and sent directly from our warehouse within 24 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).
All other items in an orders are sent to our factory for manufacturing, packing and dispatch in 8 to 10 business days from the time of the order.

We have one of the largest range of unique designs available anywhere, with more than 1,600+ designs and growing, so not all items will be stocked at one time.

Note public holidays and peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday) may add a day to these times.

 

Delivery

Standard shipping can deliver to a residential or business address, but not PO boxes and lockers.

For express shipping, as these are delivered by courier directly from our international warehouse, a street address and phone number are required.

Signatures and phone numbers will also be required as is the requirement from all courier companies for international parcels.

Will I be charged customs fees?

Very unlikely.

Depending on your location, customs charges may be applicable but are very rare at the price point of our products.

Items may be shipped in individual packages if the combined value is deemed to be at risk of incurring customs charges.

While we have yet to have a customer charged customs fees, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.

How long does shipping take?

Express shipping is available for customers in the USA, and will generally take 3-6 business days from the time of dispatch.

Tracking numbers are provided on all orders as soon as they are dispatched to allow you to track the progress of your item(s) in real-time.

Shipping time estimates are as follows. Variations between similar locations are due to local postal service processing times:

  • All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real-world data collected from recent orders. 
  • Shipping times will be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, global pandemics and border closures around the world; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.
  • We aim to process In-Stock items within 24 hours, and made-to-order items within 8 a 10 bussienss days (barring holidays and Sunday's) at which point shipping time estimates begin.
  • Free gift promotions may fall outside of these delivery times and will usually ship separately to the main order.

      Do you provide tracking information?

      Yes, you will automatically receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information as well as updates as your orders tracking status changes.

      If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us via our contact page.

      My tracking says “no information available at the moment”

      This is normal. For most shipping companies, it will take between 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.

      If your order was dispatched more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will chase it up for you.

      Will my items be sent in one package?

      We will always endeavor to minimize the packaging needed for shipping. 

      The majority of our items are shipped from our single warehouse, though some items introduced on a trial basis or in partnership with other companies may ship separately.

      On some orders, we will ask our manufacturer to split the packaging to reduce the risk of customs or import charges being applied to the order.

      On occasion, one item of an order may take longer to make, is temporarily out of stock or requires a different class of packaging.

      In this case, we will ship the available item immediately, and ship the remaining items separately as to not hold up the entire order.

      Can I return an item if I choose the wrong size?

      Since all of our apparel is custom made to order, we cannot accept returns on any customized or personalized orders. We will happily exchange items that do not fit for another size and send free replacements for any item not made correctly to its specifications. 

      For orders without any customizations or personalization, we will issue an 80% money-back guarantee. The 20% covers the restocking of unused and undamaged items.

      What types of fabrics do you use for jerseys? Is it just the budget Chinese fabric?

      No! Unlike most other's who try to sell in our price range, we use an upgraded long-weave polyester that has a softer feel, while maintaining it's moisture wicking properties.

      All summer and autumn gear also feature a light weight 120 GSM mesh on the side panels to help with cooling.

      Winter gear comes in either in the same cooling fabric as summer gear, or in a 160 GSM fleece lined version for colder weather.

      Do you have different materials for your winter jerseys?

      Yes. All of our winter jersey range can be customized to be lined with thermal fleece for ultimate warmth in those cold months.

      What types of chamois do you use in your cycling bibs?


      All cycling bibs and knicks at Rossettibike.us use a premium, breathable 9D silicone gel pad suitable for all type of cycling. You can see an image of the chamois on each product page.

      Do you use grippers on your cycling bibs and knicks?


      Yes, we use our 45mm low-profile pro-band gripper for all shorts, knicks and bibs to provide extra comfort compared to a standard gripper.

      Is your gear Chinese or US sizes?

      Is your gear Chinese or US sizes?
      Our sizing falls more in line with Asian sizing and is typically a size smaller than US standard.

      Our recommendation is if you are between sizes, pick the larger of the two. Of course, with any apparel, every brand is different, so we encourage you to check our sizing charts before purchase

      Do you ship worldwide?


      Yes. We provide standard and express shipping to over 108 countries around the world.

      There are be some rare locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you before the order is processed.

      How long does shipping take?


      Standard shipping usually takes between 6 and 12 business days from the time time the order is dispatched.

      Express shipping is usually takes 2-5 business days to most major markets.

      Please remember that most of the items are custom made to order so it takes 3-5 days to make your order from scratch before it is dispatched.

      Please note, we cannot guarantee shipping times on behalf of the carriers. These are their publicly advertised delivery schedules.

      For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

      If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

      Will my items be sent in one package?


      For various reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages depending on availability of the item at time of order, if they are customized, or should they require different packaging types.

      This will not add any cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately.

      Can I cancel my order?


      All orders can be canceled up until the point they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.

      Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

      Can I request an exchange for an item that doesn't fit?The product doesn’t fit?

      No problem. We will arrange the new order for you at a discount of 80% off the original item (well below the cost for us to manufacture, pack and dispatch) and send an email with details for finalizing the new order.
